We are so thrilled with the positive response to our new on tap tasting room! These fused and infused extra virgin olive oils are the freshest available in the world. All of our white and dark balsamic are organic and barrel aged 12 – 18 years. This week we have added:
Wild Rosemary Fused EVOO – amazing with poultry, pork or lamb. Spectacular over vegetables. Use anywhere rosemary would be used.
Vermont Maple Dark Balsamic – Delicious with pork or chicken. Excellent added to BBQ sauce or drizzled over sweet potatoes.
Black Cherry Balsamic – Rich and sweet. Amazing compliment to salads. Lovely with blue cheese, goat cheese, or feta.
Orange Vanilla Balsamic – Perfect over fruit salad, oatmeal, yogurt or chocolate. Great mixed into sparkling water.
