Chocolate Port is Back and Brought a Friend!
The wildly popular Chocolate Raspberry Port will once again be available this fall. Pre-orders must be in by the end of July. This fabulous dessert wine was a multiple gold medal winner at the 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 WineMaker Competition. The price is still $90.95 per kit plus premise fee. Each kit makes 15 – 750 ml bottles. We are pleased to introduce a new addition to the flavoured Speciale lineup with a gorgeous new Blackberry Port. The bright berry notes in this wine make it superb with intense cheeses, roasted nuts and especially chocolate desserts. This great new product must also be pre-ordered. July SPECIALS – The Wines of Italy

Italian Pinot Grigio $101.95 – Fresh, crisp and dry. This white is like biting into a perfectly ripe green apple. It is a silver award winner made without oak. Look for bright citrus flavours.
Italian Amarone $124.95 - Our best selling red and Lisa’s favourite wine. We won a gold medal with this wine in 2007 and it is a ‘must have’ for every cellar. If you haven’t tried Amarone then do not miss this opportunity.
Italian Montepulciano $107.95 – This is a big full bodied red that is rich with flavours of blackberry and black pepper. The moderate tannin means it does not require a long time in the cellar before becoming most palatable and smooth.
Italian Sangiovese $107.95 – This is a medium bodied wine with a long smooth finish. It has a bright cherry character with a zing of acidity and toasted oak. A perfect wine to serve with pasta, pizza, blue cheese or a fruit platter.
World Vineyard 4 – 5 week kits at $10 off
Italian Pinot Grigio $66.95 - Superb value on a less full bodied version of the six week kit. A light, crisp easy sipping picnic wine. This is a perfect choice to take to the beach.
Italian Barolo $76.95 - This is a relatively new product that many of you may not have tried. One of the most full bodied reds of the four week series, this is a rich spicy wine that shows the true character of Italy. A fabulous wine to serve with lamb, heavy pasta, or steaks.

Sauvignon Blanc $56.95 - A dry full flavoured wine with nice notes of grapefruit and apple. This crisp white is nice with seafood or chicken and is a silver medal winner.
Cabernet Sauvignon $65.95 - A bold medium bodied red with hints of black fruit and spice. It is dry and lightly oaked. A classic varietal and a big crowd pleaser.

New Product Releases
Those of you who await the release of the French Beaujolais Nouveau every November will be thrilled with our new limited release Gamay Nouveau. Fresh, lush and juicy, this red wine will be released in September and ready to drink right on your bottling day. Serve it lightly chilled to reveal bold fruit with hints of banana, pear and candy. We are also excited about two limited releases in the World Vineyard Series. A four week Chilean Carmenere/Malbec and an Argentine Chardonnay/Torrontes will both be available this fall.
